In the USA, it was a grassroots facility and an extensive facility to build the date for this international company that owns and operates facilities throughout Europe. Electrical Estimators Group has managed this task for its design-build construction estimate. This central facility utilizes tires, grinds and sorts the rubber, steel and nylon for recycling as a feedstock product for many new innovative products. They require an updated 35kv substation along with three 10MVA transformers, three (3) 15kv power distribution switchgear lineups, six (6) 2MVA pad mounted distribution transformers, one hundred and ten (110) motor control centres, four (4) 30phase UPS systems, 850 motors, 3500 instruments, 26 remote control cabinets along with fibre optic control interface, 20,000 feet of cable ladder and basket tray, 1,000,000 feet of cabling, and over 30,000 wire terminations from field instrument along with controllable devices. The processing unit is entirely automated from the point of delivery to shipping end products.

The scope included designing and constructing the power distribution system, installing all motor power and motor control equipment. It also involves a fibre-optic network, wiring for all instrumentation and control equipment.
